Our Story

Kildare Project Management was founded with a core vision: to transform commercial spaces and turn our clients' aspirations into reality. Our journey is led by Managing Director Graham, born and raised in County Kildare, Ireland, whose expertise spans over 15 years in construction project management and buildings engineering services in London.  

With a Master’s in Construction Project Management and a Degree in Engineering, Graham holds chartered status with both the Association of Project Management and the Chartered Institute of Building. His leadership ensures seamless project delivery, providing clients with a single point of contact for all project-related matters. 

Our partnership with Shermin, a dynamic professional with a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor of Law, amplifies our capabilities. Shermin's distinguished career in the commercial serviced office sector includes leading sales, operations and management teams across London. Her adept handling of multi-tenanted buildings and concurrent refurbishments showcases her proficiency in project reporting and progress programming.
